The Last hymn of Legolas Greenleaf:

To the sea, to the sea! The white gulls are crying;
The wind is blowing, and the white foam is flying.
West, west away, the round sun is falling.
Grey ship, grey ship, do you hear them calling,
the voices of my people that have gone before me?
I will leave, I will leave the woods that bore me;
For our days are ending and our years failing.
I will pass the wide waters lonely sailing.
Long are the waves on the last shore falling.
Sweet are the voices in the Lost Isle calling.
In Eressea, in Elven home that no man can discover.
Where the leaves fall not: land of my people for ever!



This is my second drawing of the Mirkwood prince.

I really enjoyed drawing it, I figured that not many had seen the original photo, so....

Anyway... enjoy!

his ear is a bit too high but that's the only flaw. Incredible pic! :jawdrop: I love it.

Very fine pencil work. You've got an excellent sense of depth ... which scares me when I look at Legolas' eyes for a little too long XD

Now this is my favorite of ALL the Legolas drawings I've seen! I love the texture of your work and how you've captured the intensity in his eyes! Wonderful! :clap:
